Speaker Bio:
Fan Ziying is currently the dean of the School of Public Economics and Administration, the dean of the Fullgoal Institute for ESG Research, professor and doctoral supervisor at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He is the leader of the third batch of National Institutions of Higher Learning Huang Da Nian Shi Faculty Team” and a Changjiang Distinguished Professor of the Ministry of Education. Fan has been engaged in research and teaching in the field of public finance and taxation for many years, having published more than 80 academic papers in authoritative academic journals at home and abroad, such as the American Economic Review, Management Science, Social Sciences in China, Economic Research Journal, and Management World. His research has garnered first and second prizes from China’s Ministry of Education and Shanghai’s Municipal People’s Government, with many of his expert recommendations having previously been taken into consideration among China’s central authorities.
